This website is extremely lightweight and designed to minimize the processing of personal data by limiting processing to only the data essential for the web server to function. Thanks to this simplicity, we can do without a cookie notice.

The website is managed by Leonardo Canello as the Data Controller. For any clarification or further information, please use the following contact: leonardocanello@protonmail.com. A DPO (Data Protection Officer) has not been appointed as this role is not applicable to the AES website and the few processing activities carried out, however one has been consulted to define the requirements for the protection of personal data.
The only data processed is what your device sends:
- The IP address from which you connect, the operating system of your device, the date and time of the request, technical cookies if present, and other technical data related to the connection. This data is not used to generate usage statistics and the logs are set to automatically delete after 12 hours.
- If a user decides to contact the Controller or exercise their rights regarding the protection of personal data, the correspondence exchanged will constitute new processing, carried out both to provide a response to the user and to document the response provided. This data will be retained as long as necessary for the legal protection of the data controller.
No data is shared with other parties or transferred to third countries.
Rights
Data processed for legitimate interest does not require consent, but every user has the right to object to such processing. The exercise of this right, however, will be limited by the fact that personal data disappears immediately after acquisition or is automatically deleted in a short time.
Every user of this website, in relation to their personal data, enjoys the rights provided by the GDPR and can contact the Controller to access their data and receive confirmation of any processing, to request the rectification or updating of processed data, to request its deletion or limitation, to object to processing based on legitimate interest, and to exercise any other right provided for the protection of personal data.
We remind you that, pursuant to the Regulation, the data subject has the right:
to request access to their personal data pursuant to Article 15 of the Regulation, to request the rectification of their personal data pursuant to Article 16 of the Regulation, to request the deletion of their personal data pursuant to Article 17 of the Regulation, to request the limitation of the processing of their personal data pursuant to Article 18 of the Regulation, to the portability of their personal data pursuant to Article 20 of the Regulation, to object to the processing of their personal data that is processed based on Article 6, paragraph 1, letter f), of the Regulation pursuant to Article 21 of the Regulation, to file a complaint with the Italian Privacy Authority pursuant to Article 77 of the Regulation.
